Die erste Etappe des Hauses S wurde im September 2020 in Betrieb genommen. Die zweite Etappe und das Haus O sollen bis ende 2027 fertig erstellt sein. Danach erfolgt die dritte und letzte Etappe des Hauses S welche ca. im 2032 dem Betrieb übergeben werden soll. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, einzelne Arbeiten oder Etappen nicht auszuführen. Die nachstehend umschriebenen Arbeiten betreffen die Umgebungsarbeiten von Haus O, Onkologiegarten und Innenhof
