The contract covers reconstruction works of low-voltage (0.4 kV) overhead electricity lines designated L-500 and L-1200, branching from line Lk-607. The works are located in the Šiauliai region, in Pakruojis district, Lithuania. The scope includes rebuilding the existing overhead network sections, presumably replacing or upgrading conductors, supports and associated equipment to restore reliable electricity distribution to connected customers. The works form part of the electricity network operator's grid maintenance and modernisation programme, and the site is a rural low-voltage distribution network in northern Lithuania.
