This procurement concerned works for the reconstruction of the 110/10 kV Kybartai substation in the part of the distribution network of LITGRID AB, located in Vilkaviskis district municipality, Virbalis eldership, in the town of Virbalis, Laukai village, Vilniaus Street 43C. The final offer was declared inadmissible because the price proposed in the final offer exceeded the funds allocated to the procurement, as set by the buyer before the start of the procurement procedure, except for the cases provided for in Article 45(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law. Since all submitted offers were rejected under Article 41(2)(2) of that law, the procurement is considered ended.
