Vadovaujantis Bendrųjų pirkimo sąlygų 11.7.10 punkto nuostatomis (kitais VPĮ, PĮ ir šiose Pirkimo sąlygose nurodytais atvejais), ir PĮ 67 str. 1 d. Tiekėjo siūloma produkcija yra iš nurodytų trečiųjų šalių (Baltarusijos) sudaro 100% pasiūlymo vertės bei vadovaujantis PĮ 67 straipsnio 2 dalies nuostata, kuri numato, kad bet kuris pasiūlymas tiekti prekes gali būti atmestas tais atvejais, kai trečiųjų šalių kilmės produktų dalis, nustatyta pagal 2013 m. spalio 9 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentą (ES) Nr. 952/2013, kuriuo nustatomas Sąjungos muitinės kodeksas (OL 2013 L 269, p. 1), sudaro daugiau kaip 50 procentų visos pasiūlytos produktų vertės - atmesti visi pateikti pasiūlymai.
