Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad nebus galima tinkamai vykdyti sutarties, kadangi nebus lėšų, iš kurių būtų galima atlyginti Sutarties vykdymo išlaidas (laimėjusio tiekėjo pasiūlyta kaina yra 0,00 Eur su PVM) bei, kad nebus pasiektas pagrindinis viešųjų pirkimų tikslas, įsigyti paslaugas racionaliai panaudojant lėšas, ir vadovaujantis Bendrųjų pirkimo sąlygų 3.4. punkto nuostatomis, nutraukti Pirkimo procedūras.
