The procurement concerned laboratory measurements of ambient air pollution (measurement of environmental pollutants). The only bid received, from 'BUREAU VERITAS LIT', UAB, was rejected because the price offered exceeded the funds allocated for the procurement, as set by the buyer before the start of the procedure, in accordance with point 9.8.2 of the General Purchase Conditions. Since the sole submitted bid was rejected, under Article 41(2)(2) of the Lithuanian Public Procurement Law the procurement is deemed concluded. No contract was awarded and no further bids are being accepted.
