L’objecte del present procediment és la contractació de fins a 70 serveis ocasionals de línies FTTH, en ubicacions dins del territori català i a consumir durant un any. En moltes localitzacions no es disposa de connectivitat amb prou ample de banda per permetre la realització i transmissió d’esdeveniments en directe produïts des del territori amb la qualitat d’imatge i so requerida. Es per aquest fet que es fa necessària la contractació de serveis ocasionals de línies FTTH (Fiber To The Home).
