Обов'язковою умовою постачання товару є вимога, що країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран. Дизильне паливо (Євро 5), талон 1. Повинен відповідати діючим стандартам та технічним вимогам для даного виду товару, ДСТУ 7688:2015 «Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови». Вид поставки: у талонах номіналом 10, 20, 40 літрів. Постачальник гарантує, що термін дії талонів не менше одного року з моменту їх передачі Замовнику та гарантованим продовженням їх терміну до одного року або строком дії безстроково. У разі зміни Постачальником зовнішньої форми талонів на Товар, Замовник (уповноважена особа Замовника) здійснює обмін талонів безпосередньо під час їх пред’явлення за місцем використання на таку саму кількість, того ж номіналу та такого ж асортименту без додаткової оплати Замовником на інші (нової форми) талони на Товар. Постачальник повинен мати обов’язковим (у власності та/або у користуванні, тощо) розгалужену мережу АЗС по Україні з розташуванням: не менше як десяти (10) АЗС на території м . Києва, не менш семи (7) на території Київської області, обовязкова присутність в містах: Біла Церква, Кропивницький, Олександрія, Умань, Черкаси, Ізмаїл, Одеса, Миколаїв, Херсон, Дніпро, Нікополь.
