Description
Поставка здійснюється згідно з замовленнями (далі - Заявками) Покупця. Постачальник зобов’язаний здійснити поставку протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Заявки Покупця, на умовах DDP Інкотермс (в редакції 2010 року).
Покупець здійснює оплату протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної та за наданими Постачальником рахунком-фактурою та за умови що така оплата здійснюється після реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних відповідно до вимог статті 201 Податкового кодексу України*.
* у разі, якщо ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК є платником ПДВ.
