Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung und Installation von Photovoltaik-(PV-)Kraftwerken für Gesundheitseinrichtungen in der West- und Nordukraine. Beschafft wurden Solarkraftwerke für Krankenhäuser in den Oblasten Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy und Sumy. Der Vertrag wurde am 2024-06-18 an HOROS aus der Ukraine vergeben, zum unterschriebenen Vertragspreis von EUR 2,740,560.00. Die bewerteten Angebotspreise betrugen UAH 55,784,585.83 für das Los Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy und Sumy sowie UAH 58,200,237.58 für das Los Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil und Chernivtsi. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 360 Tage. Das Beschaffungsverfahren war eine Ausschreibung (Request for Bids) mit Finanzierung durch die Weltbank im Rahmen des Projekts Health Enhancement And Lifesaving (HEAL) Ukraine, Referenz HEAL-RFB-2.3.4.
