Przedmiotem udzielonego zamówienia jest dostawa i montaż elektrowni fotowoltaicznych (PV) dla placówek ochrony zdrowia w zachodniej i północnej Ukrainie. Zamawiający zakupił elektrownie słoneczne dla szpitali w obwodach Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy i Sumy. Kontrakt został przyznany w dniu 2024-06-18 firmie HOROS z Ukrainy za podpisaną cenę kontraktową EUR 2,740,560.00. Oceniane ceny ofert wyniosły UAH 55,784,585.83 za część Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy i Sumy oraz UAH 58,200,237.58 za część Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil i Chernivtsi. Czas trwania kontraktu to 360 dni. Procedura miała formę zaproszenia do składania ofert finansowanego przez Bank Światowy w ramach projektu Health Enhancement And Lifesaving (HEAL) Ukraine, numer referencyjny HEAL-RFB-2.3.4.
