Beschreibung

Informatii referitoare la primirea solicitarilor de clarificari si transmiterea raspunsurilor la solicitarile de clarificari: Dupa publicarea anuntului de participare ofertantii pot adresa solicitari de clarificari la sectiunea Detalii procedura/Intrebari. Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari se realizeaza in conformitate cu art 160-161 din Legea 98/2016. -Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 22 zile. -Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 15-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Se va incheia un acord cadru de furnizare pentru fiecare din cele 8 loturi din cadrul procedurii. - lot 1 - Server data center tip 1 - lot 2 - Server data center tip 2 - lot 3 - Server data center tip 3 - lot 4 - Server data center tip 4 - lot 5 - Solutie backup tip 1 -lot 6 -Solutie backup tip 2 -lot 7 Echipament de protectie firewall tip 1 -lot 8 Echipament de protectie firewall tip 2 Valoare (lei fara tva) acord cadru estimata: minim 33.882.188,63 / maxim 121.785.805,67 Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: in principiu cate doua sau trei pe an bugetar.
