Project: P180318 - Repairing Essential Logistics Infrastructure & Network Connectivity (RELINC) Project Financing: World Bank General Procurement Notice (COMPONENT 1) UKRAINE Repairing Essential Logistics Infrastructure & Network Connectivity (RELINC) Project (P180318) TRANSPORT Grant No. TF0C0417 Project ID No. P180318 The Ukraine has received financing in the amount of US$ 50 mln equivalent (24.945 mln for JSC “Ukrainian railways” components) from the World Bank toward the cost of the Repairing Essential Logistics Infrastructure & Network Connectivity (RELINC), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The project will include the following JSC “Ukrainian railways” components: Flatbed wagons production Machineries and equipment to restore bridges Supervision consultant services Services for technical, social, environmental preparation of urgent reconstruction projects Services for UZ PIU (incl. E&S) UNOPS Delivery of Outputs Agreement Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016) (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations. After project negotiations, the World Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection. GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (COMPONENT 2) UKRAINE REPAIRING ESSENTIAL LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORK CONNECTIVITY (“RELINC”) PROJECT TANSPORT SECTOR GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Grant No. TF0C0417 Project ID No. P180318 Ukraine intends to apply for financing in the amount of US$ 50 mln equivalent (25.055 mln for components falling within the competence of the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine) from the World Bank toward the cost of the Repairing Essential Logistics Infrastructure And Network Connectivity (“RELINC”) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The project will include the following components falling within the competence of the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine: Modular bridges needed to restore damaged road bridge connections Project audit Supervision consultant services Services to develop sector wide ESMF Services for technical, social, environmental preparation of urgent reconstruction projects Services for AR PIU (incl. E&S) UNOPS Output Agreement Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020) (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations.[1] After project negotiations, the World Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection. Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to open international competitive procurement will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business online, on the World Bank’s external website and the Employer’s website.
