UZ Leuven und AZ Diest in Belgien beschaffen Qualitätskontrollmaterial (QC) für die Klinische Chemie, kompatibel mit den vorhandenen Roche Diagnostics Cobas (Immuno)Chemie-Analysatoren, dem Arkray OSMO STATION OM-6060 Osmometer und einem Advanced Instruments Micro-Osmometer. Täglich sind für alle Parameter mindestens zwei interne QC-Bestimmungen vorgesehen. Der Bieter muss zudem ein Interlaboratoriums-QC-Programm über eine Online-Plattform mit Berichten auf Abruf anbieten; diese Software ist im Preis enthalten. Das QC-Material umfasst Osmolalität sowie Urinparameter wie Albumin, Calcium, Chlorid, Kreatinin, Phosphat, Glucose, Kalium, Magnesium und Natrium.

Beschreibung
Deze opdracht omvat de levering van kwaliteitscontrolemateriaal (QC-materiaal) voor klinische chemie. Dit materiaal dient compatibel te zijn met de op de dienst Laboratoriumgeneeskunde in UZ Leuven en AZ Diest aanwezige Roche Diagnostics Cobas (immuno)chemie analyzers, Arkray OSMO STATION OM-6060 osmometer en Advanced Instruments Micro-Osmometer. Dagelijks worden voor alle parameters beschikbaar op de Cobas (immuno)chemie analyzers en osmometers ten minste 2 iQC bepalingen uitgevoerd (min. 1 start- en 1 stop-iQC bepaling) van één of meerdere iQC concentratieniveau’s (zie bijlage 1). De parameters beschikbaar op de Cobas (immuno)chemie analyzers worden gemeten op verschillende modules: 4 x c702, 2 x c502 (deze worden in september 2026 vervangen door 2 x c703), 4 x ISE, 4 x e801 [UZ Leuven], 2x c303 en 1x e402 [AZ Diest]. De modules staan geconfigureerd als hybride lijnen (zie bijlage 2). De laboratoria beschikken daarnaast over 2 x Arkray OSMO STATION OM-6060 osmometers [UZ Leuven] en 1 x Advanced Instruments Micro-osmometer [AZ Diest]. Om kwaliteitscontrole mogelijk te maken zal de inschrijver ook een interlaboratory iQC programma via online platform, beschikbaar met on demand rapporten (bv. maandelijks en jaarlijks) voorzien voor de laboratoria in UZ Leuven en AZ Diest. Deze software wordt geacht inbegrepen te zijn in de prijs van het kwaliteitscontrolemateriaal.
