Opis
L'Office Cantonale des Bâtiments (OCBA) organise un appel d’offre en procédure ouverte soumise aux accords internationaux pour le projet du remplacement de la production de chaleur à l’ECPS Les Amandiers. Le présent appel d’offres concerne l’attribution d’un mandat de planificateur général à un groupement de mandataires pour les prestations des phases SIA 31 à 53. Les prestations inclues dans le présent marché sont celles d’un architecte mandataire principal et planificateur général, ainsi que celles des ingénieurs spécialisés CVCSE-R. Le groupement de mandataires doit prévoir dans son offre la coordination des mandataires spécialistes dans tous les domaines nécessaires à l’exécution dans les règles de l’art du projet qui seront en contrat directe avec l’OCBA.
