Between Enterprise and Economic Growth, and Harbours, Orkney Islands Council attends and supports Orkney businesses to attend trade shows and conferences under a professionally designed and managed group stand. This tender exercise is to put in place a contract for stand management for both Enterprise and Economic Growth and Harbours for up to as many as 7 shows per year Orkney Islands Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage and not award a Contract. The expenditure, work or effort undertaken by bidders prior to the award of any Contract is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of bidders.
