This proposal sets out our framework for the supply of agency staff in catering, domestic, and support roles, designed to meet both planned and emergency staffing requirements. It demonstrates our capability to provide a responsive, cost-effective, and sustainable staffing solution that ensures continuity of service, compliance with regulatory standards, and a positive experience for residents and staff alike.
