To achieve this, we recognize the critical importance of reliable, qualified, and compassionate agency staff who can support catering, domestic, and care services in a way that upholds our values of dignity, respect, and quality of service for residents. This proposal sets out our framework for the supply of agency staff in catering, domestic, and support roles, designed to meet both planned and emergency staffing requirements. It demonstrates our capability to provide a responsive, cost-effective, and sustainable staffing solution that ensures continuity of service, compliance with regulatory standards, and a positive experience for residents and staff alike.
