La présente consultation a pour objet de confier, par voie de concession de service public, l'exploitation du service public d'eau potable pour le territoire du SYNDICAT MIXTE D'EAU POTABLE DE L'HEUTE LA ROCHE. L'exploitation de ces services comprend la production, le transport, le stockage et la distribution d'eau potable, la maintenance des installations confiées et les missions décrites dans le dossier de consultation et ses annexes.
