Opis

The contracting authority requests your offer for the internal competition of Expert services in education related to developing countries (DPS) in accordance with this request for tenders and its annexes. The scope and subject-matter of the procurement is described in more detail particularly in annexes 1.3 and 1.4 "Lesotho ToR". The main objective of the technical assistance package is to ensure effective and fair incentives for retention of teachers in the underserved areas to encourage professional development and train relevant officials for the implementation and monitoring of the incentives.; The main objective of the technical assistance package is to develop legal tools and functional structures as well as sustainable financial models for the autonomous Teaching Council. The political and legal process for the approval and establishment of the Teaching Council is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Training
