Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 10 zile. 2. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, care au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, in a 6-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor.
