These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. When responding to the Tender Notice that will be published after this Planned Procurement Notice: - Please click the 'Respond to Posting' button on the Discovery Posting to access all information in relation to the tender opportunity. Potential Bidders will then be asked to either login or register for an Ariba Network account. Once registration has been completed, potential bidders will be directed to the Event Page where they are given the option to read and accept the bidder's agreement. Upon accepting this agreement, Potential Bidders are given access to the opportunity and can begin the bidding process and raise clarification questions. - Potential Bidders must register on the Central Digital Platform (www.gov.uk/find-tender) and ensure that Core Supplier Information is up to date, downloaded and is submitted as part of their Bid submission (in downloaded file format) in order to be assessed against the Conditions of Participation. The revised estimated release date is mid - late October for a 6 week period. We would like to encourage all potential bidders to register for alerts for this opportunity via the Find a Tender service. The next scheduled communication will be the release of the Tender Notice. UPDATE 15/10/2026 NHS Shared Business Services would like to advise that the release of the Invitation to Tender for the Public Sector Construction Consultancy Framework is delayed from the planned timetable and most recent communications. The procurement is currently progressing through the commercial assurance spend control approval process, therefore at this stage there is no confirmed date for when approval will be received. The revised estimated release date is now mid-November. Depending on the release date, the tender period will be extended to give a tender return of late January 2027, which would accommodate the Christmas period.
