Description

Perth & Kinross Council (‘the Council’) was seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the upgraded design and construction of two waste transfer sheds (WTS). The first WTS has been damaged by fire and is named WTS 01, and the other shed has been classed as life-expired named WTS 02. These works shall include the construction and installation of new fire suppression systems serving both WTS 01 and WTS 02. Accompanying the works above, the contractor is to demolish and remove offsite 1nr existing brick built non-compliant oil tank housing, including all associated infrastructure upgrades where required. Construct a new compressor housing, as per the location shown. The new compressor housing will accommodate 2nr power washers and compressor. The site is located at Friarton Depot, Perth, PH2 8DF.
