About the Entity The Agency for Urban Environment needs alarm services that support city officers on foot, on bicycles and in vehicles. The service shall contribute to: * Effective handling of alarms and events * Quick notification and coordination of city officers * Documentation and traceability * Increased security for employees, visitors and values · Efficient interaction either between the alarm centre and operative resources or internally between operative resources.
