Description

Het Scheepvaart en Transport College (STC) maakt op dit moment gebruik van Magister als studentinformatiesysteem (SIS) voor zowel MBO, VMBO als contractonderwijs. De ondersteuning van Magister voor het MBO stopt echter per 1 augustus 2027. Dit betekent dat alle MBO-instellingen in Nederland, waaronder STC, voor die tijd een alternatief SIS moeten implementeren. Voor het VMBO blijft Magister gehandhaafd. De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding voor STC is het tijdig contracteren en implementeren van een nieuw SIS voor de MBO-opleidingen en het contractonderwijs, zodat STC in de zomer van 2027 volledig kan overstappen. Het nieuwe SIS moet bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige onderwijslogistiek gebaseerd op MORA, waarbij flexibiliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan en waarmee invulling kan worden gegeven aan de strategische doelstellingen uit het programma STC Slim en Duurzaam 2027. In de bijgevoegde aanbestedingsdocumenten is meer informatie te vinden over de opdracht en vereisten. De opdracht betreft de inzet van een studentinformatiesysteem voor circa 3.000 studenten.
