Le contrat est conclu pour une periode initiale de 2 ans, avec possibilite de prolongations annuelles jusqu'a un maximum de 2 annees supplementaires. Les offres doivent etre transmises par voie electronique via la fonction Postbox du site Public Contracts Scotland ; les questions sont posees via l'outil de questions-reponses. Des retombees pour la communaute sont prevues. L'Association peut annuler la procedure a tout moment et les offres tardives ne seront pas prises en compte.

Description

The work will comprise the scheduled maintenance of existing sprinkler systems installed at 7nr different developments serving approximately 103nr individual properties/rooms and including plant rooms and communal areas/offices. The contract will be let for an initial 2-year period with the potential for further annual contract extensions, up to a maximum of two further years. Loreburn Housing Association reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage and not award a Contract. The expenditure, work or effort undertaken by bidders prior to the award of any Contract is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of bidders. Late tenders will not be considered by the Association and all questions are to be submitted via the Questions and Answers facility of this Contract Notice on www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
