Description
The requirement relates to the provision of maintenance services for generator assets across the Health Board estate. These generators form part of the Health Board’s critical infrastructure, providing essential backup power to maintain clinical services, life-support systems, operating theatres, and wider hospital operations in the event of mains power failure.
NWSSP on behalf of Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB has undertaken the procurement via a direct award using the NHS SBS Framework: Hard Facilities Management 2 (SBS10166), Lot 3.1 - Generator Maintenance.
The call-off contract will be awarded in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, as the framework was established under that regime.
