Description
The ceiling of the Single Framework contract "Organisation of events - COMM/HEL/2023/OP/0221" is EUR 570,000 for four years. As the consumption of the services has exceeded the initially planned amount per year, there is a need to increase the ceiling of this contract by EUR 285,000 (50% of the initial contract value) using an exceptional negotiated procedure without publication of a contract notice.
