Description

Provision of Architectural Services to support the Trusts Diagnostic Schemes consisting of numerous (5) projects including replacement programmes and capacity expansions. This will be across all 3 sites : Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Furness General Hospital and Westmorland General Hospital. Delivered via a direct award under the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (SBS10190) - Lot 1 Architectural services. The service will support RIBA Plan of Work Stages 1-4, and provide the following services: - Architecture & Lead Design Consultant - CDM Principal Designer (2015) - BSA Building Regulations (Principal Designer) - M&E Engineering Services Consultant - Civil & Structural Engineering Consultant
