Description

Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác pre projekt „Zvýšenie energetickej účinnosti budovy kultúrneho domu v Kostolnej pri Dunaji“. Projekt je vypracovaný za účelom zvýšenia energetickej účinnosti budovy kultúrneho domu v Kostolnej pri Dunaji, zvýšenie komfortu prevádzky a predĺženie životnosti stavebných konštrukcií objektu s využitím obnoviteľných zdrojov energie. Projekt zahŕňa zateplenie obvodového plášťa, zateplenie strechy/podhľadov, výmenu otvorových konštrukcií, nové povrchy, úpravu hygienických priestorov, vykurovanie, rekuperáciu, fotovoltiku a elektroinštaláciu. Po odovzdaní staveniska bude zhotoviteľ povinný dopracovať DRS, resp. vykonávací projekt na celé dielo na základe poskytnutej projektovej dokumentácie a spracovaných štúdií. Z dôvodu podávania žiadosti o dotáciu po podpise zmluvy s úspešným uchádzačom sa odovzdanie staveniska plánuje na Q1/2027 a samotná realizácia väčšej časti stavebných prác bude prebiehať až v roku 2027. Bez získania dotácie verejný obstarávateľ nemá finančné prostriedky na rekonštrukciu kultúrneho domu.
