Predmetom zákazky je zvýšenie energetickej efektívnosti budovy Miestneho kultúrneho strediska Dunajská Lužná. Navrhovanými stavebnými úpravami a udržiavacími prácami pre zvýšenie energetickej efektívnosti budovy Miestneho kultúrneho strediska sa nezmení funkčné využitie, objemovo-architektonické stvárnenie ani charakter existujúcej stavby. Nosné konštrukcie stavby zostanú v pôvodnom stave. Nezmení sa ani materiál a vzhľad strešnej krytiny. Na strechu budú osadené fotovoltaické panely, v areáli sa osadia na vonkajšej spevnenej ploche pri bočnej fasáde budovy tepelné čerpadlá (2 ks) - zdroje pre vykurovanie a prípravu teplej vody. Budova MKS má existujúce funkčné prípojky na verejné inžinierske siete a existujúci vjazd / výjazd z miestnej komunikácie na pozemok, existujúce spevnené plochy, doplnkové stavby v areáli (prístrešky), existujúce oplotenie areálu. Navrhovaným riešením architektonicko-stavebných a technologických opatrení, ktoré sú predmetom tejto projektovej dokumentácie, sa dosiahne významné zníženie potreby energie pre vykurovanie a prípravu teplej vody v budove, čím sa znížia náklady na energie, vytvorí sa vyhovujúca vnútorná klíma, kvalitné, príjemné a estetické prostredie pre ďalšie užívanie budovy miestneho kultúrneho strediska.
