Projekt rieši návrh stavebných úprav ZŠ a MŠ v katastrálnom území mestskej časti Košice - Krásna. Investičný zámer spočíva v realizácii zateplenia fasády a strechy pre zlepšenie tepelno-technických vlastností jestvujúceho objektu. Stavba je súčasťou radovej výstavby štyroch školských pavilónov (SO.Ol - Pavilón č.l, SO.02 - Pavilón č.2, SO.03 - Pavilón č.3 a SO.04 - Pavilón č.4). Stavebný objekt SO.Ol je pôdorysného tvaru písmena Z s maximálnymi rozmermi cca 12,345 x 36,66 m. Konštrukčný systém stavby je murovaný stenový. Jedná sa o stavbu dvojpodlažnú, bez podpivničenia, zastrešenú plochou strechou.
