Обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі: технічні та якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі визначені відповідно до потреб замовника та з урахуванням вимог законодавства. Придбання дизельного палива здійснюється для забезпечення безперебійної роботи КРАМАТОРСЬКОЇ РАЙОННОЇ ФІЛІЇ ДУ «ДОНЕЦЬКИЙ ОЦКПХ МОЗ». Якість товару повинна відповідати нормам показників якості, встановленим у відповідності з ДСТУ, та ТУ, які діють на території України на дату отримання товару. Розмір бюджетного призначення визначено відповідно до кошторису КРАМАТОРСЬКОЇ РАЙОННОЇ ФІЛІЇ ДУ «ДОНЕЦЬКИЙ ОЦКПХ МОЗ». Визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі здійснювалось з урахуванням рекомендацій Примірної методики визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, затвердженої наказом Мінекономіки від 18.02.2020 р. № 275 на підставі проведення моніторингу цін, шляхом здійснення пошуку, збору та аналізу загальнодоступної інформації про ціну товару (тобто інформація про ціни, що містяться в мережі інтернет у відкритому доступі, спеціалізованих торгівельних майданчиках, в електронних каталогах, в електронній системі закупівель «Прозоро», тощо).
