Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран. Місце поставки (передачі) товару: Україна, Київська область, Бучанський район, заклади загальної середньої освіти та заклади дошкільної освіти Макарівської селищної ради (20 закладів). Поставка товару здійснюється 1-2 рази на тиждень дрібними партіями (за узгодженим графіком) з 7:00 до 10:00 години ранку відповідно до поданих заявок Покупцем протягом строку постачання. Заявка включає інформацію про обсяг поставки партії товару по кожному найменуванню. Транспортування товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника, в тому числі транспортом для перевезення даного типу продуктів харчування та продовольчої сировини з відповідним обладнанням (холодильне обладнання, стелажі, які можуть зніматися, піддони та інше), дозволеним Міністерством охорони здоров’я України в умовах, що забезпечують їх зберігання та запобігання забруднення, із дотриманням товарного сусідства. Товар постачається у відповідній тарі та/або упаковці, які забезпечують збереження якості товару. Приймання - передача Товару по кількості проводиться відповідно до товаросупровідних документів (видаткових накладних), по якості - документів, які засвідчують їх походження, якість та безпеку, згідно чинного законодавства України. Навантаження, транспортування, розвантаження та доставка товару у приміщення харчоблоку замовника здійснюється водієм або водієм-експедитором Постачальника, який привіз партію товару. Водій цього транспорту, а також особи, що супроводжують товари у дорозі і виконують вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи, повинні мати при собі особову медичну книжку з результатами проходження обов’язкових медичних оглядів та забезпечені санітарним одягом (халатом, рукавицями), для якого повинно бути відведено в автомашині спеціальне місце.
