Predmet ovog postupka javne nabavke je nabavka radova: „Završetak izgradnje sistema vodosnabdijevanja u centralnom dijelu opštine Oštra Luka“, kojim je predviđeno da se izvrši preostali dio radova na gradnji vodovoda do stavlјanja sistema vodosnabdijevanja u funkciju. Sve radove iz ovog postupka javne nabavke finansira Vlada Republike Srpske na osnovu Odluke, broj: 04/1-012-2-3113/26 od 30.07.2026. godine („Službeni glasnik Republike Srpske“, broj: 71/26). Informacije radi, Opština Oštra Luka je takođe, uz pomoć Vlade Republike Srpske već izgradila prvu fazu sistema vodosnabdijevanja u centralnom dijelu opštine (dio glavnog cjevovoda u dužini od cca 3.400 metara).
