Informujemy, że w Zapytaniu ofertowym nr 1/2026/FENG 2.25 z dnia 9 września 2026 r. wprowadzono zmianę dotyczącą termin składania ofert (punkt V. 2). Przedmiotem zamówienia jest organizacja wyjazdu dla przedstawicieli Igologic P.S.A. na targi Websummit odbywające się w Lizbonie w Portugalii w terminie 9 - 12 listopada 2026 r. Zamówienie obejmuje poniższe składowe: Organizacja stoiska wystawienniczego spełniającego poniższe wymogi: • Wynajem powierzchni wystawienniczej - min. 4 m2. • Zabudowa stoiska: - stoisko Booth - zabudowa wg standardu wydarzenia/ stoisko Shell Scheme, min. 2 miejsca siedzące, - roll up przedstawiający ofertę, - stolik/lada, - kosz na śmieci, - zamykana szafka, - ekran TV lub inny dopasowany do stanowiska, - zasilanie zgodne z europejskim standardem, oświetlenie, jeśli wymaga tego otoczenie. • Trwały element dekoracyjny na stoisku wystawienniczym uwzględniający założenia wizualizacji Marki Polskiej Gospodarki. • Transport i ubezpieczenie zabudowy lub jej elementów. • Obsługa stoiska: w tym usługi tłumaczenia w celu prezentacji oferty, koszty mediów oraz koszty utylizacji odpadów związanych z utylizacją stoiska wystawowego.
