Description
Оплата товару Покупцем здійснюється протягом 10-ти робочих днів з моменту фактичного отримання товару та накладної, шляхом перерахуванням грошей платіжними дорученнями на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
Продавець здійснює поставку товару за власний рахунок Покупцеві з відповідно заявки протягом 7 днів, а у разі необхідності у коротший термін з моменту отримання заявки, але не пізніше ніж до 27.07.2026.
Продавець гарантує, що товари, що постачаються за Договором, не мають походження з російської федерації, республіки білорусь або ісламської республіки іран.
