4.4.1 BKP244.1 Wohnungslüftung  Vorgesehen sind Abluftanlagen mit Nachströmung über die Fassade. Die Aus- senluftdurchlässe werden durch den Lüftungsunternehmer geliefert und bau- seitig durch den Holzbauer verbaut.  Die Nasszellen und innenliegenden Reduits sind mit Tellerventilen (Dauerbe- trieb, CO2-Regulierung über Raumfühler pro Wohnung) ausgestattet. Die Kü- chen werden mit bauseitig gelieferten Umlufthauben und Aktivkohlefiltern aus- gerüstet.  Für die Luftförderung sind Abluftmonoblöcke auf dem Dach aufgestellt. Eine  Abwärmenutzung der Fortluft erfolgt mittels Abluftgeräte und Wärmepumpe  (Lieferumfang Heizungsunternehmer).  4.4.2 BKP244.2 Kellerlüftung  Die Keller werden mit einer mechanischen Lüftungsanlage ausgestattet. Die  Einbringung der Frischluft erfolgt nur dann, wenn die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der  Umgebung tiefer ist als in den Kellerräumen. Es ist eine periodische Durchlüf- tung der Kellerräume vorgesehen. Die Regulierung erfolgt mittels Feuchtefüh- ler.  4.4.3 Pumpenhaus  Das Pumpenhaus wird mit einer mechanischen Abluftanlage ausgestattet. Die  Einbringung der Frischluft erfolgt natürlich, wenn der Abluftventilator läuft. Die  Fortluft wird für die Geruchsminderung mit einem Aktivkohlefilter ausgerüstet.  Es ist eine periodische Durchlüftung des Pumpenhauses vorgesehen. Bei einem  Serviceeinsatz, kann der Abluftventilator von Hand übersteuert werden.
