Project: P507659 - Western Balkans Trade and Transport Facilitation 2.0 Financing: World Bank General Procurement Notice Project ID No. P507659 The Government of Kosovo has received financing in the amount of US$ 50.4 MLN from the World Bank toward the cost of the Western Balkans Trade and Transport Facilitation 2.0 Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be implemented by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) of Kosovo. The project will include the following components: Component 1: Improving Corridor and Border Efficiency (US$ 11.6m IDA, US$ 4.4m SSTP grant) Component 2: Increasing Market Competitiveness (US$ 22.7m IDA, US$ 8.3m SSTP grant) Component 3: Project Management and Implementation (US$ 3.4m IDA) Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The Ministry of Finance together with the World Bank shall arrange the publication of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates on its external website. Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to open international competitive procurement will be announced, as they become available on the World Bank’s external website and the website of MoF at https://mf.rks-gov.net/.
