Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erarbeitung einer Vorstudie für die Gesamtsanierung und den Umbau der Gebäude ZLF-VELF auf dem Campus des Universitätsspitals Basel. Ziel der Vorstudie ist die Entwicklung und Bewertung von Sanierungs-, Varianten- und Etappierungsszenarien unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Anforderungen des Universitätsspitals Basel. Dabei sind insbesondere die Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Betriebs, die erforderlichen Rochaden und Provisorien, die baulichen, technischen und betrieblichen Abhängigkeiten sowie die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umsetzbarkeit der Varianten zu berücksichtigen.
