Die SBB plant die Beschaffung eines neuen Bahnleittechniksystems. Die Beschaffung verfolgt einen modularen Ansatz mit mehreren Ausschreibungen und wird im 2027 mit einem selektiven Verfahren mit anschliessendem Dialog gestartet werden. Diese erste Ausschreibung wird in Lose aufgeteilt und beinhaltet im Grundsatz die Module PEL (Plan Execution Layer), die einheitliche Bedienebene, Sicherheitsrelevante Funktionen und diverse Dienstleistungen. Die genauen Fristen und Formvorschriften werden mit der Publikation der Präqualifikations- und Ausschreibungsunterlagen bekanntgegeben. Diese Vorankündigung dient der Sensibilisierung der Industrie auf die kommende Beschaffung. Eine Änderung der hier vorangekündigten Inhalte und Termine bleibt vorbehalten.
