1. Мета закупівлі полягає в придбанні виробів медичного призначення для забезпечення потреб пацієнта з уростомою. 2. З огляду на значні переліки товарів, що містяться під обраними Замовником профілями товару, з метою належного забезпечення потреби пацієнта у виробах медичного призначення та для кращого розуміння потенційними учасниками потреби Замовника, зазначаємо найменування товарів, які відповідають індивідуальній потребі пацієнта: 401982 Пластина Natura Stomahesive 45 мм; 401535 Мішок уростомний Natura,прозорий з випускним краном типу Fold up Tap,45 мм; 3. Джерело фінансування: місцевий бюджет Мукачівської міської територіальної громади.
