Utbildningen ska ske i förvaltningens lokaler i Helsingborg under hösten/vintern 2026. Socialförvaltningen vill stärka ledarskapet hos medarbetare som har en ledande och samordnande funktion i verksamheten. Målgruppen består i första hand av teamledare som leder andra i det dagliga arbetet men som inte har formellt personal- eller budgetansvar. Syftet med utbildningen är att utveckla deltagarnas förmåga att utöva ett tydligt, tryggt och utvecklande ledarskap i sin vardag. Utbildningen ska ge deltagarna ökad förståelse för sitt eget ledarskap samt konkreta verktyg för att leda, kommunicera, motivera och utveckla andra även när ledarskapet inte bygger på ett formellt chefsmandat. Leverantören ska erbjuda utbildning i Utvecklande ledarskap (UL) med ett upplägg som följer vedertagen metodik för konceptet.
