The contracting authority is procuring maintenance services for installations, equipment and facilities of the oil terminal, covering routine maintenance and emergency interventions. The works are divided into five lots: LOT 1 instrumentation, LOT 2 mechanical and process installations, LOT 3 building and craft works, LOT 4 heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and LOT 5 electrical installation works.
