Mieterausbau im Innenbereich. Ausführung von Elektroinstallationsarbeiten im Bereich Stark- und Schwachstrom. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Lieferung, Montage, Verdrahtung, Prüfung und Inbetriebsetzung von Elektroinstallationen, Steckdosen, Beleuchtungsanlagen, Brüstungskanälen, Kabeltrassen, Schaltschränken und Verteilungen. Weiter beinhaltet die Ausschreibung die universelle Gebäudeverkabelung (UKV) inkl. Kommunikationsrack sowie Kupfer- und LWL-Verkabelungen einschliesslich Kabelzug der Glasfaserleitungen. Zusätzlich sind Beleuchtungskörper, Sicherheits- und Kommunikationsanlagen zu installieren, bestehend aus Notbeleuchtung, Brandmeldeanlage, Gegensprechanlage, Videoüberwachung, Einbruchmeldeanlage für Aussentüren sowie Zutrittskontrollanlagen (ZUKO). Das hierfür erforderliche Material wird durch die Auftraggeberin bereitgestellt.
