Description

Türi 110 kV alajaama renoveerimine vastavalt riigihanke alusdokumentides sätestatule. Riigihanke alusdokumendid on osaliselt konfidentsiaalsed. Pakkuja peab olema pakkumuse esitamiseks tutvunud konfidentsiaalsete dokumentidega. Pakkuja saadab hankijale konfidentsiaalsete dokumentidega tutvumiseks allkirjastatud konfidentsiaalsuslepingu. Hankija allkirjastab vastava lepingu, tagastab selle pakkujale ning edastab pakkujale konfidentsiaalsed dokumendid 3 tööpäeva jooksul. Hankija lükkab tagasi pakkuja pakkumuse, kui pakkuja ei ole sõlminud konfidentsiaalsuslepingut ning seeläbi ei oma ligipääsu konfidentsiaalsetele dokumentidele.
