Door surveys and replacement of locking systems

TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG, together with further contracting entities named in the tender documents, awarded a framework agreement for door surveys and the exchange of locking systems. Around 3,000 mechanical door cylinders at 170 sites across Tyrol are to be replaced over 8 years with mechatronic locking systems of the manufacturer ISEO, supplied by the contracting entity. The framework agreement is with Lintner Sicherheitstechnik GmbH. The contract was awarded on 2026-09-01 at a value of EUR 235,732 excluding VAT, against an estimated value of EUR 235,000 and a maximum value of EUR 425,000, both excluding VAT. The contracting entity reserves the right to carry out parts of the services in-house.
