Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. У сумі договору про закупівлю повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість (ПДВ) у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість. 1. Постачальник гарантує якість Товару, що постачається. Товар, що постачається повинен відповідати найвищому рівню технологій і стандартам, існуючим в країні виробника на аналогічні товари, нормам і стандартам, законодавчо встановленим на території України. 2. Товар повинен бути зареєстрованим в Україні в установленому порядку. Товар, що постачається, повинен мати необхідні сертифікати, реєстраційні посвідчення або свідоцтва про реєстрацію, інструкції українською мовою, затверджені в установленому порядку, супроводжуватися документами щодо кількості, дозування, термінів придатності, найменування виробника. Кожна серія повинна супроводжуватися сертифікатом якості, виданим виробником. 3. Термін придатності товару на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 75% від встановлених інструкцією термінів зберігання для кожної окремої позиції. 4. Пакування, у якому відвантажується товар, та умови транспортування товару повинні відповідати характеру товару. Товари, для яких встановлено спеціальні умови температурного зберігання, транспортуються із забезпеченням холодового ланцюга. Постачальник забезпечує цілісність товару, збереження його якості під час перевезення від місця відвантаження до місця поставки товару та мати сертифікат на тару.
