Поставка Товару здійснюється ПРОДАВЦЕМ однією партією у робочий час з 9.00 до 16.00 год. (окрім п’ятниці, суботи та неділі), протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання замовлення (заявки). Замовлення (заявка) на отримання партії Товару здійснюється Замовником за телефоном та додатково може дублюватися на електронну адресу Постачальника. Строк поставки - до 28 серпня 2026 року. Доставка Товару до Покупця, навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи та інші витрати пов’язані з поставкою Товару, здійснюються Продавцем в межах загальної ціни Договору. Розвантаження Товару за адресою 42073, Сумська область, Роменський район, село Перехрестівка, вул. Вишнева, 19 здійснюється силами та засобами Продавця, що входить в ціну Товару. Розрахунок за цим Договором проводиться шляхом оплати товару Покупцем за фактом поставки товару протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання товару на склад Покупця на підставі рахунків на оплату, належних чином оформлених видаткових накладних. Поданням цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не має походження з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран.
