Les travaux objet du présent marché étant situés majoritairement sur la Rue Saint Michel. L’entreprise devra tenir compte d’un maintien de la circulation dans cette rue, par mise en place d’un alternat de circulation. La présence des écoles engendrera un arrêt de chantier aux heures d’accès aux écoles (matin/midi/soir). Les travaux sur la Rue Saint Michel : - La dépose et le remplacement de canalisation eaux pluviales devront être réalisées à l’avancement dans le but de maintenir la fonctionnalité du réseau en tout temps. Le phasage des travaux est imposé à savoir : 1/ pose du collecteur depuis la rue commune de Paris jusque la rue du Puits (début octobre 2026) 2/ réfection de voirie depuis la rue commune de Paris jusque la rue du Puits 3/ pose du collecteur depuis la rue du Puits jusque la rue de la Porte 4/ réfection de voirie depuis la rue du Puits jusque la rue de la Porte 5/ pose du collecteur depuis la rue de la Porte jusque l’impasse St Michel 6/ réfection de voirie depuis la rue de la Porte jusque l’impasse St Michel (mi décembre 2026) 7/ pose du collecteur depuis l’impasse St Michel jusque la rue Flandres Dunkerque (mi janvier 2027) 8/ réfection depuis l’impasse St Michel jusque la rue Flandres Dunkerque (début mars 2027)
